CANCELLATIONS & RETURN POLICY
Cancellations should be requested within 24 hours from delivery by sending us an email ([email protected]) including your order number, full details, and the items you wish to return.
Returns must be received within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in brand new condition. We will refund the cost of the purchased products in full.
- All engraved or custom pieces are final sale.
- For hygienic reasons, we do not accept the return of earrings.
CM reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online and in the Return Instructions accompanying the order. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the purchased items will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
We will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping – therefore we recommend that you send all items by registered post.
DELIVERY CHARGES FOR RETURNING ITEMS
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, please use Geniki Taxydromiki at our expense by mentioning our business name during post. One of their nationwide locations is found here.
Should you wish to return or exchange your order for personal reasons including a change of heart, you will be responsible for any postal charges relating to the return and you can use the postal or courier service you wish. For your protection, we recommend that you always use a recorded-delivery service.

CM Makris will repair any damaged pieces in the first 12 months at no additional cost to the customer. After that period, gilding will carry an extra cost of €10.
We are only able to refund the purchased amount to the credit card, bank account, or PayPal account that was used to place the order. We are entitled to retain the refund until we have received the products or proof of return of the products. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and although it usually takes a few business days, it may take up to 14 business days for the credit to be applied from the day we have received the products.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
